The Diversity of Normandy from Above
Our summer trip in late July 2023 took us by camper from Paris deep into Normandy – a land that breathes between storm and calm when seen from the sky. After a brief stop, I was drawn to the “White Coast” near Étretat, where stormy days invited us to hike and conquer the sky.
A Dance with Wind and History
Most of the time we spent with friends in Houlgate, where a trip to Cap Manvieux awaited – a place shaped by the Allied landings in World War II, with traces of temporary harbors that have stood the test of time. From above, these stories whisper – rough and moving, a contrast of past and vastness.
Oyster Farms in Rhythm with the Tides
Along the coast, oyster farms shine – a spectacle that changes with the tides, sometimes open, sometimes intertwined, a play of water and land. Seen from the air, these fascinating views capture the sea making the structures dance between clarity and chaos – a sight that holds your gaze.
