Chile – Valle Arcoiris (Rainbow Valley)

The next day, from San Pedro de Atacama, we drove our little Polo through the cool mountain landscape to Valle Arcoiris, the Rainbow Valley – an adventure, wild and mysterious. Our guidebooks were silent about it, only internet forums whispered reports and photos – why, no idea! We arrived shortly before sunset, later than planned, but it was enough to explore this impressive valley.

A flight over colorful wonders

The aerial shots with the Mavic rank among the most beautiful I took on this trip – a dance of colors and shapes, rough and delicate, a contrast between earth and sky light that touched the soul. The diversity of the valley shimmered from above like a painting.

A stop at ancient traces

On the way back, we made a short stop at the edge of the Rainbow Valley, where old cave paintings were discovered years ago – a moment swinging between past and present, deeply rooted in the heart.
