Aerial Shots at Furka Pass (Switzerland)
At the end of our honeymoon in Tuscany, a quick detour from the Gotthard Pass to the Furka Pass tempted us – a plan that definitely paid off. On the way there, snowfall kept the pass closed, but on the way back, it opened up, wild and inviting. At the top, an amazing view awaited us! We pulled out the camping table and enjoyed a long picnic with views of the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau, and even the distant Mont Blanc – a dance between height and calm.
We skipped the nearby Rhone Glacier cave but stole a few minutes to launch the drone. The aerial shots captured the alpine panorama – rough peaks softened by the shimmering Rhone Glacier. The famous Belvedere Hotel at Furka Pass gleamed in the images, a testament to time and grandeur.
This moment was more than a stop – a window to the alpine world that captured us, a sight that stays in the heart.
