Aerial Shots of the Sunset on the Gehrenberg

Because the drone is working better and better, of course I had to go out for the sunset again today. The usual pea-soup fog hung over Friedrichshafen, but the webcam on the Höchsten showed that it should look good from the Gehrenberg. So I packed my things and off I went. The people on the Gehrenberg tower probably gave me some funny looks as I flew around the tower. A few came over afterwards, curious, and we chatted up there until after sunset. A drone like this is actually a really great thing for photography. Unfortunately there are always a few idiots who do stupid things with it, and I fear that’s why it will soon be restricted much more.
