Monte Argentario (Tuscany)
After our trip through the Tuscan countryside between Chianti and Montepulciano, we headed to the sea at Monte Argentario for two nights, still enjoying warm 27-degree weather. Our plan changed – the ferry to Elba was canceled due to gray weather forecasts, but this small peninsula at Tuscany’s southwestern edge welcomed us, wild and inviting.
A Swim and Flight by the Sea
Two nights were almost enough to dip our feet into the cold sea and send the drone soaring over the coastline. From above, cliffs and waves shimmered—a contrast between warmth and cold, rough and delicate, sweetening our farewell.
A Worthy Finale
Monte Argentario became the beautiful finale of our Tuscany trip—a place wrapped in salt and sun, a dance between land and sea that stays in the heart.
