Hike Around Eibsee / Zugspitze

On the way back from Watzmann/Königssee, we made a longer stop at Eibsee, located at the foot of the Zugspitze – a pause, wild and refreshing, with beautiful views of the Alps along the drive, a contrast between travel and nature. We were lucky with the weather; the rain only started as we were already back in the car heading toward Lake Constance, raw and perfectly timed.

A gentle hike with views

We walked all the way around Eibsee – a lovely, flat trail with impressive views of the Zugspitze and the lake, a spectacle of landscape and calm. Since the weather finally stayed dry, I was able to fly the drone and capture some aerial shots of Eibsee from above, a moment full of height and perspective.
