Dolomites – Hike around the Tre Cime

On our third day, we had a hike around the famous Tre Cime (Three Peaks) on the agenda. I was here last year as well, but since the pass wasn’t open yet back then, we had to hike all the way up to Rifugio Auronzo. This year, however, the pass was already open, so we were able to start comfortably from the Rifugio.
It was a beautiful hike through fresh snow with stunning views — not just of the Tre Cime, but I actually found the jagged southern mountain range even more impressive!
